Shipping Policy

We aim to process and deliver all orders within 7 business days from the date of purchase. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, we kindly ask for your grace as we continue to refine our operations and fulfillment process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

- Items must be retuned in like-new condition

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or store credit if you want that instead.

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
